The upload screen gives a summary of format errors:
To see the errors in detail, click Next at the top of that page:
You will then see which rows have errors. The rows will be highlighted in red. If you click on the Problems button you will see just the rows with errors.
To fix the problems you need to fix the CSV and re-upload using step 1:
